The offers in our application are provided by a company called Tapjoy and they have a support system in place for cases like this. Their staff is more than happy to investigate any issues pertaining to these advertisements. They receive a lot of requests so they ask that you give them time to respond to your tickets. Tickets are replied to in the order they are received but if you submit more than one ticket for an offer your ticket will move to the bottom of the waiting list as their system sees it as a new ticket and will change the time stamp.

Follow the steps below to submit a ticket through Tapjoy:

Open the Design Home app, tap on the currency bar at the top of the screen to access the Premium Store and scroll down.

-Tap on the shopping bag ""Complete Offers"" and it will open the Tapjoy offerwall
-Tap on the Menu icon (the 3 horizontal lines) at the upper left corner of the offerwall window
-Tap the ""Reward Status"" button to select your offer
-Choose the offer that you completed (Note: some offers take longer to appear here due to verification time) and tap the ""Request Support"" button in red
-Fill in your email address and a description that has at least 50 characters
-Upload an image/screenshot
-Agree to the Tapjoy User Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
-Tap on the ""Submit"" button

Your issue will get to their Support team who will respond to you as quickly as they are able.

Please note: If Tapjoy requests more information from you please be sure to do so as soon as possible or your ticket may be closed for lack of response.

If you do not receive a response from Tapjoy in 14 days, please contact us and include the Tapjoy case number in your message.
